Megan Dougherty
Since my training at Fast Twitch, I have become stronger, faster, and more confident in my ability. I have noticed my speed and strength increase in my basketball skills. My trainers, Dennis and Tony, have had a positive impact in my training and taught me to never quit, especially in my workouts. Fast Twitch is the best place to train and will accommodate to any obstacles that might stand in the way.
JASON JONES
Jason attended North Penn High School and is now in college. Jason played shooting guard for the Men’s basketball team and took his talents onto college.
SEAN DELANEY
Sean attended Spring Side – Chestnut Hill and headed to Villanova. Sean plays defense for the Men’s lacrosse team and has continued to bring his intense defensive skills to Villanova.
Allie attended The Mount and is now attending Marquette University . Allie plays defense for the Women’s lacrosse team and is using her crazy awesome skills at Marquette.
MATTIE LOFTUS
Mattie (first one on the left) attended the Mount. Mattie runs cross country and track and currently works her heart out at Fast Twitch to enhance her skills.
EMILY CARPENTER
Emily ( Middle) attended The Mount. Emily plays basketball and expects to continue playing in college.
KATIE MARINSKY
Katie ( right ) played field hockey for The Mount. Katie had many colleges interested in her skills and will play in college.
MINORKA MIRANDA
Minorka is a serious tennis player and played at Wissahickon Middle and High School. Minorka loves the game and excels in it, however she is not satisfied with the easy road and chooses to better herself in order to take her game to the next level.
MINDY ROSENTHAL
Mindy (right) played lacross at Upper Dublin High School and is now attending college.
CARA SCATENA
Cara (left) played basketball at Upper Dublin High School and has gone on to attend Penn State.
