Our Personal Training Program core focus (with individuals or small groups)
centers around building a strong foundation of strength and confidence.

Keeping in mind that the body is built to move and be used as one large kinetic chain, no individual muscle works alone. The continued importance of increasing flexibility, joint mobilization, expanded range of motion, postural control, core structure and balance plays a significant role in day to day training.  Once the pieces are in place, we continue to work on these elements to forever enhance them. We can then add other strength, power, muscle and conditioning phases of training to build your body into the state most comfortable and desirable for you.

Here is where we start:


Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

Simply put, FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are essential to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.

The FMS generates an initial Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.

Exercise professionals monitor the FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.

During your initial FREE session, it is our mission to get to know and understand you and your physical history as well as YOUR goals. We begin our screening process with the FMS to assess your current physical status so we can begin to put together a training plan.  We then engage you in some simple and basic training exercises in order to set a baseline. This first session also allows you to evaluate our services and staff to make sure we meet your standards. After completion of this session we will sit down with you for a consultation regarding the results and where we suggest you begin.

There are a variety of paths to train at FTT and we can help you choose the right one.

1 hour sessions can be in purchased in 5-class, 10-class or 20-class packages

20 session investment – $1,145

10 session investment – $625

5 session investment – $375


45 minute sessions can be purchased in 5-class, 10-class or 20 class packages

20 session investment – $1000

10 session investment – $530

5 session investment – $275


30 minute sessions can be purchased in 5-class or 10-class packages:

20 Session Investment – $800
