  3. Finally we understand that the human body was constructed to move and not be sedentary. Our goal is to help people move better while understanding their own range of motion. This is accomplished by empowering people through education and individual attention.

Tony Makrinitois created Fast Twitch Training in 2005 out of a desire to teach and guide people towards improving their overall health and fitness to lead healthier, happier lives.  The FTT Fitness Training Center opened in the greater Ambler and Springhouse area of Pennsylvania and is now a full service, cutting edge training center that is committed to helping people develop healthy habits in a safe, comfortable and community based environment.

If you are looking to build your fitness foundation this is the place for you! FTT offers you a wide array of group fitness classes including Boot Camp, TRX and Sport Specific Training. Utilizing a highly expert, engaging totally fun staff, you can count on FTT to offer professional personal training, individual and group work outs and counseling on sports performance and lifestyle habits to help you be the fittest you can be.

The FTT fitness training center experience begins with a full FMS assessment that helps us to develop an individualized program. We also use this to establish the best goals for you and set you on your way towards success and a healthier lifestyle.
